WARRANTY POLICY

DATAWORLD TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD warrantys all its products against defects in material or workmanship, subject to the conditions set forth below:

Labour : For a period of 1 year from the invoice date
Parts : For a period of 1 year from the invoice date

DATAWORLD TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective product free of charge under the warranty coverage period.

To obtain Return Warranty Service, a DATAWORLD TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD business partner must complete the RMA Request Form to be sent my mail/fax in order to get specific return and shipping instructions, followed by proper packaging of the product.

Note : This warranty does not cover damages to the product resulting from accident or misuse.
